DESCRIPTION:Join your UT Central Florida alumni chapter for a Wine Down dinner on April 20 at 6:30 pm at Signatures by The Lake. 

This is a fun dining experience and the food is exquisite! Signature’s approach is to theme a 5-course meal with wines to match. Seating is at a common table and getting to know your “neighbor” is encouraged! The featured chefs have complete freedom of menu often producing cutting-edge culinary delights. Wine Down dinners have been offered for the past 11 years. 

The UT Alumni Chapter will receive a special group rate of $60.00 per person and includes tax and tip. 
Menu for the dinner is as follows:

1. Anti Pasta Reception-Assorted cheeses, cured meats, olives, marinated vegetables, garlic bread & more
All breads are house made and served oven fresh through out the meal
Wine: French Sparkler
2. Ravioli Viagina - Layered pasta sheets not joined, stuffed w/ seasoned ricotta, parmigiano & shallot roasted spinach on a roasted red pepper cream sauce and diced raw red pepper garnish
Wine: Super Tuscan Sangiovese
3. Caramelized Sea Scallops  - Served on croustade caps w/ roasted asparagus in lemon butter jus
Wine: Pinot Grigio
4. Ensalada Kabob - Skewered Tomato, House Made Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Basil Leafs & Calamata Olive on Spicy Arugula w/ Pomegranite Molasses Dressing 
Wine: Euro Syle Dry Rose’
5. Granite Intermezzo 
6. Beef Milanese - Braised Beef in Coco Laced Demi Glace, on Bacon, Mushroom, Potato Rosti 
& Haricot Verde
Wine: California Napa Valley Merlot
7. Custard Lucerne  - Swiss Chocolate Custard w/ Cherry Sauce & Shaved Dark Chocolate Garnish
Coffee or Hot Tea 
7 courses & 5 wines

Reservations are made by calling the Commissary at 407.931.1303. Make your reservations early and make sure that you state that you let them know that you are with the Toledo Alumni Group to receive the reduced rate.
