DESCRIPTION:Dr. Gerald Zelenock, Chairman of the UT Department of Surgery, and the College of Medicine & Life Sciences Alumni Affiliate invite you and a guest to meet for dinner during the ACS Annual Clinical Congress in Chicago on Monday, October 1, from 6 – 8 pm at the Wildfire Chicago Restaurant, 159 W. Erie Street, Chicago. 
This dinner replaces the reception that’s usually held during the conference and seating is limited so please be considerate by attending if you RSVP.  If you RSVP but at a later date you find that you’re unable to attend please let us know so we can fill your seat(s) otherwise we will be billed for every empty seat.
