The University of Toledo Alumni Association, in conjunction with the Division of Student Affairs, invites you to join us in Bowling Green on Saturday, Oct. 12, as the Toledo Rockets take on the Bowling Green State University Falcons at noon.
The cost of the trip is only $15 and includes:
- Your game ticket
- Round-trip bus transportation
- Entry to the Alumni Association pregame party
- Lunch prior to the game
The busses will depart Rocket Hall promptly at 8:45 a.m. from Rocket Hall on Saturday, Oct. 12, and will return after the conclusion of the game. Check-in will begin at 8 a.m.
The UToledo Alumni Association sponsored event is for current students enrolled during the Fall 2019 semester. There is limited seating available and reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations will only be accepted online, emails and phone calls will not serve as registration.
Each student must make their own reservation online. If you wish to sit with friends on the busses, you must enter their names on the registration form. If you don't enter their names, there is no guarantee that you will be seated on the same bus.
Trip participants will be required to show their Rocket ID upon check-in when loading the bus at UToledo and Bowling Green. Failure to have your Rocket ID with you at check-in will result in forfeiting your seat on the bus. Refunds will not be issued. You must ride the bus to Bowling Green and back to Toledo following the conclusion of the game.
All students must provide a cell phone number that will be used during the trip. For students who play to attend, a liability waiver and travel expectation form must be completed and electronically signed at the time of your registration, no exceptions.
Students who made a reservation to participate in previous student bus trips and failed to notify the Office of Alumni Engagement that you wouldn't be attending, will not be permitted to register for the bus trip.
