The Cleveland Alumni Chapter is hosting a Virtual Evening With Andy Billman, a 2002 graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences, at 7 p.m. EDT on Thursday, Oct. 29. Billman is an award-winning producer who has a passion for sports and storytelling. He wrote and directed the film "Believeland" for ESPN's "30 for 30", a series highlighting people and events in sports history.

Billman started working at ESPN in 2002 and now produces documentaries for ESPN Films. He has worked on "SportsCenter", "The ESPYs", "Playmakers", "Tilt" and "Dream Job." Since "30 for 30s" inception in 2009, he has been with the group working on "The Two Escobars", "Winning Time", "Youngstown Boys" "Playing for the Mob" and "Bad Boys". As an Ohio native and graduate of The University of Toledo, he loves all things Cleveland.

He will answer attendees' questions on the making of "Believeland", his affinity for Cleveland sports and the impact of his time as a Rocket on his future.

Rocket legend John Greco (Bus '07) will join us as a guest moderator for the question and answer portion of the program. He is an 11-year National Football League veteran, including six seasons with the Cleveland Browns, and a frequent guest and expert contributor on Cleveland-area sports talk radio programs.

Allie Clifton (Univ Coll '10, MLLSS '12), former UToledo women's basketball team captain and standout player, will also serve as a guest moderator. She spent six seasons as a Cleveland Cavaliers reporter for Fox Sports Ohio, currently serves as a Los Angeles Lakers studio host for Spectrum SportsNet and hosts the popular podcast "Road Trippin'."
