Get ready for a weekend full of Rocket pride! The UToledo Alumni Association invites you to join us for an exciting away football game experience as the Rockets head to Lexington to take on the Kentucky Wildcats. Whether you’re joining us for the full bus trip or just the pregame party, this is a weekend you won’t want to miss!

Travel Itinerary: Alumni Road Trip to Lexington

Friday, August 29
• Arrive at the UToledo Center for Alumni and Donor Engagement (4510 Dorr St., Toledo, OH 43615) at 10:00 am and enjoy a boxed breakfast
• Depart at approximatley 10:30 am
• Travel by charter bus to Lexington, Kentucky
• Check-in at the Hyatt Regency Lexington and enjoy the evening at your leisure

Saturday, August 30
• Depart hotel in the morning by charter bus and head to the pregame party
• Pregame Party begins at 10:00 a.m. on the University of Kentucky campus
• Kickoff: 12:45 p.m. – Cheer on the Rockets!
• Depart Lexington immediately following the game and return to Toledo. Enjoy a boxed lunch for the trip home. 

Pregame Party Details

When: Saturday, August 30 at 10:00 a.m.
Where: University of Kentucky Campus (exact location coming soon)
Includes:

  • Tailgate-style buffet serving a Southern Breakfast with cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy & biscuits, hashbrown casserole, Grippo chicken strips with honey mustard and BBQ sauce, and fresh fruit.
  • Beer, wine and mimosas are available for purchase with proper ID
  • Music, camaraderie, and Rocket spirit!

  • Pregame Party Only (Football tickets not included in this package)
  • Full Weekend Bus Trip Package (includes transportation, tip, parking, hotel, and party access) Football tickets not included in this package
  • Space is limited for both options — register early to secure your spot!
  • The deadline to register for this event is August 4.
