Get ready to enjoy an evening of networking and connection with The University of Toledo deans and fellow alumni at Phoenix City Grille (5816 N 16th St, Phoenix).  Each dean will share updates from their college as well as the latest ideas and initiatives from around the University.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, Feb.  24. A cash bar will be available. 

 Registration is required and is only $20 per person and include a 3-course dinner and drink ticket. 

 Event Menu

Salad (Choice of):

• HOUSE SALAD Mixed greens, onions, cucumbers, carrots and heirloom tomatoes; sherry vinaigrette or buttermilk dressing.
• ROMAINE SALAD Romaine hearts, heirloom tomatoes, garlic croutons, Romano cheese, with green chile citrus dressing.
• SOUP OF THE DAY

Dinner Selection (choice of):

• 16TH STREET BEEF SHORT RIB Brussel Sprout hash, Yukon Gold smashed potatoes, red wine reduction, crispy parsnips.
• C.G. PASTA Sautéed all-natural chicken, penne pasta, Mount Hope sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli in a roasted garlic Chardonnay cream sauce with Romano cheese. + Available vegan or vegetarian on request
• ROSE LANE CHICKEN (GF) Pan roasted skin on, all-natural chicken breast with tarragon pan jus, Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and roasted carrots.
• PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN Crispy fingerling potatoes, baby green bean sauté, heirloom cherry tomatoes, Mom’s warm bacon vinaigrette.

Dessert Selection (choice of):

• BUTTERMILK PIE Sweet buttermilk custard with caramel sauce.
• C.G. SUNDAE (GF) Topped with house-made caramel and spiced pecans.

In addition to the Deans' Dinner, the Phoenix Chapter has a reserved block in the 200 level at Salt River Fields for UToledo alumni to watch the Cleveland Guardians vs. Diamondbacks spring training game together on Sunday March 1 at 1:10 p.m. Game tickets are $23 per person and space is limited!
