GET BY THE VIRI...Beating the Bugs Webinar

GET BY THE VIRI...Beating the Bugs includes discussion of why stress during the pandemic can lead us into healthy or unhealthy directions. We will look at our vulnerabilities and our strengths. How we play to our strengths and spend our time can help minimize stress and bring greater satisfaction. It begins with managing our perceptions or thoughts in an objective manner and allowing our emotions to be transformed. Practical tips will be offered for individuals coping with different situations and environments: students doing distance learning, people working remotely, people working at home while caring for children, individuals living alone, couples trying to adjust to living together 24/7, and other scenarios that the audience may bring to the conversation.

The webinar is presented by Dr. Lurley Archambeau (A/S '67, MED '72), medical director of multiple entities and with 45 years of private practice experience, and Dr. Kathleen Franco-Bronson (MED '75, RES '77), emeritus professor of medicine and psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University, a consultant at the Cleveland Clinic, and immediate past associate dean of admissions and student affairs at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.
